 Argh, the humans went out, and it looked like they were out for the day, so what mischief could we all get up to today? The frost lifted, and the sun was out, which was an excellent opportunity for the inside mates to head outdoors. Thank goodness the day warmed up a lot. So, we gathered around the pool to see how those fellas and ladies were coping with very little clothes on? Those ladies told us they run around to keep warm, but only when nobody is looking. They also said they sometimes get black eyes, but we won't investigate why. 

Our escape plan was in full swing, but the jolly policeman was on high alert. No amount of bribery could sway him. It seems these humans are paying him a pretty penny. Oh, how I wish I was on that payroll.

We peered through the fence to see what the neighbors were up to. The odd one stopped and chatted, and a few cars came and went. A couple of gnomes had fallen over. I couldn't figure out if they were drunk or not.

His Lordship, always one for fashion lately, was decked out in a massive wooly jacket straight from Peru. The Mistress claimed we were practically in the Antarctic and needed such warm clothes. No wonder those ladies outside were running around to keep warm.

The blokes out there say the women need to harden up. They do not feel the cold and tell like it or lump it. Luckily, we were back inside before the humans arrived home. Hopefully, there are no more big dents in that car!!
