Ollie missed out on a walk today as the mistress isn't well and had to rest. I reckon he understood exactly when the mistress explained to him that the Doctor said rest only today. She lay on the couch this afternoon and he knew this was unusual. Reassuring him she would be better tomorrow. She is very sure he understood. I shall ponder this.
I spotted her reading her book that I saw the other night. I reckon she is just about at the end of it.
As for my reading, well this psychology book is so complicated that my tiny brain hurts. The mistress says, " Well, just read a little bit each day, and maybe your mates at home will help you all to understand humans, cats, and of course dogs. She also reports that animals know more than you think, despite them not talking. Just watch their body language she says.
Do Gnomes have body language I ask? Well, that's a very good question she says. Gnomes are funny creatures, they observe all day, and she reckons we all get into mischief when no human is around. But no human ever catches them, because they always look innocent.
If only cats and dogs could talk, she says. Heck no that would spoil our fun.
She thought back to about a year ago when she started fostering cats. This big cat Reily used to sit at her bedroom door when he thought it was bedtime. Now I remember this too. It was 9pm and still too early to go to bed for the mistress, but he waited patiently. The relief on his face was a real picture, and this is his way of talking. So, body language speaks quite loudly she announces. He curled up beside her and they both went to dreamland and a purr of satisfaction from Reily.
Great article! Thanks for sharing I have used body wipes and I must say, they are a great relief when outdoors
