The mistress has just pottered around today, made some phone calls and the daughter had a birthday, so that was another call. 

BUT this afternoon she had organized the village people to go to the club in the shuttle, but the only thing was they were not answering their phones to take the 8 people for some socializing. The mistress wasn't at all happy with the state of trying to make a booking to be picked up and roll home when they were ready later. Numerous phone calls and eventually they came speeding around the corner. An hour late they arrive, and all these ladies took off. 

Now she even remembered to take me today. 

Amazing I say, as her head is all over the place these days. Now it looks like these glasses are all mine, but I can assure me they are not.

As for the bucket holding the wine bottle, well she announced that she would take the remaining wine home. But guess what?

She emptied the bottle. I was watching to make sure she still had full control of life around her and sure enough, she was just fine. Now Loverboy was wondering if she was home and just as well, we were about to get on the shuttle. He was mighty pleased to see her on face time, and oh dear me, they are missing each other terribly. Isn't love grand?  

Now the stories and laughter going on were mighty interesting, and there were some hard cases amongst them. One of the quiet ones was nice and snug in the corner and would have gone to sleep if she was given a chance. She even won a raffle too. The others didn't do so well. 

The mistress went to chew a fella's ear at the state of the van service, if that is what you call it. He was a new chum in his position and was eager to hear what she had to say.  She raised the issue of no GPS in their vans. How crazy was that as the first van couldn't find our street? Now at the end when she stood up to go back to her table, she said that the vans could slow down in our village. He made her sit down again to discuss the matter. She had the cheek to say they fly in and out of our village when it's 10KPH. That seemed to tickle his fancy too. She was mighty pleased to get this off her chest then returned to her chair to relax.

Reschedule. Ask for an extension on a due date or deadline.

It's not the end of the world if one deadline is missed, 

especially if the deadline is self-imposed.

Today I will give myself permission to relax and take it easy.

Lower your stress levels. Realize there is enough time to do whatever you want in your day, your week, and your life.
