Crickey you should have been here this morning. The mistress decided that she would climb up the step ladder to clean the light fittings while her fella was here. He is so very caring and kind at making sure she was safe. He was right beside her ensuring her safety. He has wonky knees and feet and can't be trusted to do this, and she wouldn't allow him to get up there. A wise decision I say.

These two are always laughing and I can't keep up with them. Maybe just as well. The mistress is getting him trained up to earn his keep around here. From what I can see, he has tasks to learn, and he seems to click on them well.

They went out visiting this afternoon, then out for dinner. So again, unsure of their return, we went out to see our mates outside. The sun came out and reminded me how nice it is out there in the summer. We had a good old chat while keeping an eye out. That Policeman out the gate wouldn't let us out. He gets awfully worried about the Neighbours and won't allow us to cause a nuisance. He is probably right, and we just have to deal with it.
