Help, get me out of here, help I don't know where I am. All is quiet, no noise at all. Where is my mistress, oh please this is so not fair. That lady in Waimate, is not my friend now, because she said I would go to my mistress with the postie. 

It only took a couple of hours to go to Waimate and now, days and days to get back to Christchurch. I could be anywhere you know. I am only safe when I am in the mistress's arms or on the shelf beside my friends. 

So much for visualizing, what a load of rubbish, and as for the meditation, well it put me to sleep. At least a few hours passed, and it was a good sleep too. So, I must be positive the mistress would say. She really has taught me a lot you know. Well, maybe I shall spend a bit more time on this stuff because she reckons it works and I have to have patients. Yeah right, but I don't believe her. She also says all good things take time. But how much time I ask. She also says things always turn out for the best. It's a tough life being a mere Gnome. I recall her also saying to have dreams, as they too work out eventually, but just not now for me. I hear that word again PATIENTS. Hmmm well, my patient is being thoroughly tested I can tell you. 

Now that fella in Waimate told her to stay in her lane. I wonder if she is doing this. Is she behaving while I am away? If I ever get home, they will tell me, I am sure. 

Don't tell the mistress but when I get home, I reckon us Gnomes will throw a party. There is that word again HOME.
